While shorts and an easy blouse are always staples in Singapore, its so much nicer to do this when our winter is the equivalent of a warm summer in the UK. Today is 27 degrees Celsius and seems like a perfect day to put on some shorts, a fun tassel necklace and gladiator sandals.
