Returns & Refunds
If something isn't right with your order, here's how we handle it.
Online Purchases
We offer a no-questions-asked refund or exchange on full-priced online purchases within 7 days of the date of receipt.
To initiate a return, email sales@shoplustre.com within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your name and order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- Whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange
We'll respond within 3 business days with next steps.
Return Conditions
For a return or exchange to be approved, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from scratches, blemishes, or signs of wear
- Returned in original packaging with all tags intact
- Shipped within 7 days of return approval using a trackable service — items lost in return transit remain the customer's responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we sent you an incorrect item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Items returned outside the 7-day window will incur a $15 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at sales@shoplustre.com within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We'll arrange the appropriate resolution promptly.
Final Sale
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased in person at our studio or at pop-up events
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
