REPAIRS

All jewellery requires maintenance from time to time. Lustre pieces are no exception.

Lustre offers repair services exclusively for jewellery purchased from Lustre.

Where possible, Lustre offers repair services through our ateliers. Repairs are assessed case by case and depend on the condition of the item and the nature of the repair required.

Repair Costs

Lustre will carry out repairs where possible.

In many cases, no labour charge is applied for the repair itself.

However, certain services may incur charges, including:

• Extensive gold replating
• Courier transportation to and from our ateliers

Courier transportation to and from our ateliers typically ranges between $20 and $25 and applies to all repairs, regardless of whether the repair itself carries a labour charge.

If a repair requires extensive gold replating or specialised work, the customer will be informed of the cost before the repair is carried out.

Return shipping to the customer is charged separately and calculated based on shipment weight and courier rates.

By sending an item to Lustre for repair, the customer acknowledges and accepts these potential charges.

Requesting a Repair

To request a repair review, please email sales@shoplustre.com with:

• Your order number (if available)
• Clear photographs of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and advise whether the item can be repaired and any associated costs.

Sending Items for Repair

Customers are responsible for shipping items to Lustre for repair.

Items must be sent using a trackable shipping service and remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Lustre.

Return Shipping After Repair

Once the repair is completed, Lustre can arrange shipment of the repaired item back to the customer.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are calculated based on shipment weight and courier rates.

Policy Acceptance

By sending an item to Lustre for repair, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the terms outlined in this Repairs Policy, including any applicable carriage or service charges.
