Lustre ships orders both within Singapore and internationally. All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You are responsible for monitoring the progress of your shipment using the tracking information provided.

Singapore Orders

Orders within Singapore are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days via courier. Lustre does not dispatch shipments on weekends or public holidays.

For orders SGD $200 and below, you may choose between:

  • Singapore Post SmartPac (tracked letterbox delivery, no signature required)
  • Overnight courier service
  • Same-day courier delivery

SmartPac orders are posted once a week on Mondays and typically arrive within 1–3 working days after posting. If Monday falls on a public holiday, SmartPac orders will be posted on the next working day.

Orders SGD $201 and above are automatically shipped via a trusted courier service such as Uparcel and typically arrive within 1–3 working days.

For urgent same-day delivery within Singapore, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM on a working day.

If a parcel is marked as delivered on the SingPost or courier tracking system, it is deemed delivered. Lustre cannot provide refunds or replacements for parcels confirmed as delivered. Customers are responsible for following up directly with the carrier for parcels marked as delivered but not received.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via Singapore Registered Post with tracking and signature required upon delivery.

International orders are dispatched once a week, every Monday. To be included in that week's dispatch, your order must be placed by 12:00 PM (SGD) on Monday. Orders placed after the Monday noon cutoff will be dispatched the following Monday. If Monday falls on a public holiday, dispatch will occur on the next working day.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination country and local customs procedures. Lustre cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Please note that Singapore Post tracking is available only until the parcel reaches your destination country. After this point, you must contact your local postal service for further delivery updates.

All customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lustre accepts no responsibility for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Stolen or Undeliverable Packages

Lustre is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been dispatched.

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is deemed delivered. Lustre will not issue refunds or replacements for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier. The onus to investigate and follow up with the carrier lies with the customer. Lustre will provide tracking information to assist where possible.

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders returned to Lustre due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped upon request. Reshipment will incur a new shipping charge.

Shipping Rates

All Lustre shipping rates are flat rates — the shipping cost remains the same regardless of the number of items in your order.

Orders of SGD $300 or higher qualify for free standard worldwide shipping. Use code FREESHIP at checkout to apply. Free shipping cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
