SHIPPING
Lustre ships orders both within Singapore and internationally.
All orders are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the progress of their shipment using the tracking information provided.
Singapore Orders
Orders within Singapore are typically shipped within 24 hours on working days.
For orders SGD $200 and below, customers may choose between:
• Singapore Post SmartPac (tracked letterbox delivery)
• Overnight courier service
• Same-day courier delivery
SmartPac deliveries include tracking but do not require a signature upon delivery.
SmartPac parcels are posted once a week on Mondays and are typically delivered within 1–3 working days after posting.
Orders SGD $201 and above are automatically shipped using a trusted courier service such as Uparcel.
For urgent deliveries, same-day courier service is available for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
Singapore Post deliveries typically arrive 1–3 working days after posting.
Lustre does not dispatch shipments on weekends or public holidays.
If a parcel is marked “Delivered” on the SingPost tracking system, it will be deemed delivered. Lustre cannot provide refunds or replacements for parcels that are confirmed as delivered.
Customers are responsible for following up with the courier or postal service regarding parcels marked as delivered but not received.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped via Singapore Registered Post.
International shipments are typically dispatched on Mondays, regardless of when the order was placed. If Monday falls on a public holiday, the shipment will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
All registered international shipments include tracking and require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that Singapore Post tracking is available only until the parcel reaches the destination country. After this point, customers must contact their local postal service for further delivery updates.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees required by their country.
Lustre cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the parcel has been handed over to the postal carrier.
Lost, Stolen or Undeliverable Packages
Lustre is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been shipped.
We are unable to refund or replace packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
Orders returned to Lustre due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped once received back at our studio. Reshipment will incur a new shipping charge
Shipping Rates
All Lustre shipping rates are flat rates.
This means the shipping cost remains the same regardless of the number of items purchased within a single order.
Orders SGD $300 or higher qualify for free standard worldwide shipping when using the appropriate coupon code.
Within Singapore, qualifying orders will be shipped via courier service.
Free shipping coupons cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
