B. Orders & Pricing
1. Pricing All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Duties and taxes applicable to international orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lustre accepts no responsibility for these costs.
2. Order Acceptance Placing an order does not constitute a guaranteed sale. You will receive an order confirmation email upon submission, which is acknowledgement of receipt only — not acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where payment authorisation fails, items are out of stock, or eligibility criteria are not met.
Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to sell. Our product listings are an invitation to purchase only.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are not acquiring our products for the purpose of copying, mimicking, or reselling them.
3. Payment Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. Items will not be dispatched until payment has been authorised. Lustre has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the service levels of third-party payment processors.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information. You agree to pay all applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity in connection with your purchase.
4. Delivery Address You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. We do not deliver to post office boxes. We are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched. Delivery is deemed complete once the package has been signed for at the provided address, including by any person present at that address.
C. Shipping & Delivery
Lustre will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, but delivery timescales are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
All risk in the items passes to you upon delivery. Where delivery is delayed due to your actions or failure to accept delivery, risk passes from the date delivery would otherwise have occurred.
If you unreasonably refuse delivery or fail to collect your order within two weeks of the first delivery attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you less any reasonable administration, storage, or return costs incurred.

E. Liability for Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lustre is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lustre is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is deemed delivered. The onus to investigate and follow up with the carrier lies with the customer.
Lustre will provide tracking information to assist, but accepts no liability and will not issue refunds in such cases.
For genuinely lost parcels where tracking shows no delivery confirmation, contact us at sales@shoplustre.com within 7 days and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
F. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Website and all content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lustre disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Lustre is not liable for any interruption, delay, or error in accessing the Website or your account caused by factors outside our control, including telecommunications failures, incompatible equipment, or third-party service outages.
G. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lustre is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Website or our services.
Where Lustre is found liable for any direct loss or damage, our liability is capped at the purchase price of the goods in the relevant order.
H. Counterfeit Goods

I. General

6. Governing Law These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
7. Assignment You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these T&Cs without our prior written consent.
8. Entire Agreement These T&Cs, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lustre.
