RETURNS
As an independent jewellery brand producing limited quantities, all approved returns are issued as store credit.
Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Requesting a Return Review
All returns must be approved by Lustre before being shipped back.
To request a return review, email sales@shoplustre.com with your order number, clear photographs of the item, and the reason for your request.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
All return and exchange requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of Lustre.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable service, and proof of shipment must be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Lustre.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt before store credit is issued.
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, Lustre reserves the right to refuse the return. In such cases, the item will be held for 14 days for customer-arranged collection, after which it may be disposed of.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photographs of the item and packaging so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
If confirmed, Lustre will arrange the appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Sale or discounted items
Sample pieces
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Items purchased in person at our studio or at pop-up events
