RETURNS
As an independent jewellery brand producing limited quantities, approved returns are issued as store credit.
Store credit issued for approved returns is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended beyond this period.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your item.
Requesting a Return Review
Returns must be approved by Lustre before being shipped back.
To request a review:
- Email sales@shoplustre.com with your order number.
- Include clear photographs of the item.
- Explain the reason for your request.
- Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
All return or exchange requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of Lustre.
Return Conditions
If a return is approved, the item must be:
• Unworn
• In original packaging
• Returned in the same condition as received
Items showing any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
Returned items must be shipped using a trackable shipping service, and proof of shipment must be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by Lustre.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt before store credit is issued.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, Lustre reserves the right to refuse the return.
In such cases, the item will be held for 14 days, during which the customer must arrange and pay for courier collection.
Items not collected within this period may be disposed of at Lustre’s discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the situation promptly.
Once confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate resolution.
If a return is required due to a damaged or incorrect item, Lustre will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Final Sale
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Discounted or sale items
• Sample pieces
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Any item purchased in person at our studio or at a pop-up event
