WARRANTY

Lustre jewellery is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipment. Each piece is made using natural gemstones and artisanal techniques.

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects only.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within this period, Lustre will repair or replace the item where possible.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Lustre will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or surface wear
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper handling
• Loss of stones
• Loss or theft of the item
• Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations

Repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than Lustre will void the warranty.

Warranty Requests

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email sales@shoplustre.com with:

• Your order number
Clear photographs of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and advise on the next steps.

Warranty Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Lustre for warranty review.

Items must be sent using a trackable shipping service and remain the responsibility of the customer until received.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Lustre will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping after repair or replacement.

Repairs Outside Warranty

Repairs requested outside the 30-day warranty period may still be possible and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
